digible.ai privacy policy
Digible, Inc. operates the Digible.ai platform at digible.ai and app.digible.ai. This policy explains what personal information the Platform collects, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
This policy covers the Digible.ai Platform only. Digible’s agency website at digible.com is governed by a separate policy at https://digible.com/privacy-policy/. Where the two differ, this policy controls for the Platform.
1.Two roles, and which one applies to you
Digible handles personal information in two distinct capacities, and your rights differ depending on which applies.
As a controller (we decide how the data is used). This covers people who work at our customers and use the Platform directly — account names, email addresses, sign-in records — and people who contact us or join a waitlist.
As a service provider / processor (our customer decides; we act on their instructions). This covers information about prospective and current residents that flows through the marketing and measurement systems we operate for a property management company: calls to tracking numbers, advertising interactions, analytics events, and leasing outcomes. In that role the property management company is the “business” or “controller.” We use that information to deliver our services to them, and only as this policy describes.
If you are a renter or prospective resident and want to exercise a privacy right, contact the property or its management company. You may also contact us at privacy@digible.ai and we will route your request to them.
2.Information we collect
| Category | Examples | Role | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Account information | Name, work email, profile image, sign-in timestamps, organization and role | Controller | You, via our identity provider |
| Customer business data | Property details, competitor research, campaign plans, budgets, creative | Controller | Our customers |
| Connected account data | Google account email and identifier, and the account/property identifiers you authorize | Processor | You, via Google OAuth |
| Call records | Date, duration, outcome, the tracking number dialed, the caller’s phone number, and where available a recording reference and transcript | Processor | Our call-tracking provider |
| Advertising and analytics data | Campaign performance, ad interactions, website analytics events, conversion and leasing outcomes | Processor | Ad and analytics platforms |
| Waitlist and contact submissions | Name, email, company, area of interest | Controller | You |
| Technical data | IP address, browser and device information, log data | Controller | Automatically |
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
3.Google user data
When you connect a Google account to the Platform, we request only the access needed to operate your advertising and measurement, and nothing more.
What we request and why
| Access requested | What we do with it |
|---|---|
Your Google account’s email address and identifier (openid, email) |
Show you which Google account is connected, and match the grant to your organization |
Google Business Profile (business.manage) |
Read the business listings you manage so you can select the one for a property, and request manager access to it so we can keep it accurate and measure calls and directions as advertising outcomes |
That is the complete list. We do not request access to your Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager accounts through this connection. Where we operate those systems for you, we do so as our own identity, which you grant separately and can revoke directly in each product.
Digible.ai’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features described above, which are visible to you in the Platform.
- We do not transfer Google user data to any third party except as needed to provide those features, for security purposes, to comply with law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition with your prior consent.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data, except with your agreement, where necessary for security or to investigate a problem, where required by law, or where the data has been aggregated and de-identified.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it or transfer it to data brokers, ad networks, or for credit purposes.
- We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Revoking access
You can revoke Digible.ai’s access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops all further data collection; we delete stored Google credentials on revocation and delete data derived from them per Section 8.
4.Call tracking and recording
Digible provisions and operates phone numbers that appear in a property’s marketing so calls can be attributed to the advertising that produced them.
Calls placed to these numbers are recorded and transcribed by our call tracking provider, and Digible stores the call record, the caller’s phone number, and where available a transcript. Callers hear a notice at the start of the call where required. Caller phone numbers and transcripts are encrypted at rest and are not exposed through the Platform’s interface.
We act as a service provider for the property management company in this context. We use call content only to attribute and measure marketing performance for that property. We do not use call recordings or transcripts to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not sell or share them.
5.How we use information
- Operate, secure, support, and improve the Platform
- Build, run, and optimize advertising campaigns for our customers
- Measure marketing performance and attribute outcomes
- Configure and verify tracking on our customers’ websites and listings
- Communicate with you about your account and our services
- Meet legal and contractual obligations
We use artificial intelligence to draft campaign plans, summarize research, and generate marketing content. AI-generated output is reviewed before it is published or applied.
Digible does not use Customer Data to train AI models, and does not sell or share it with anyone for that purpose. We work with AI providers on terms that restrict the use of submitted data for model training, and we review those terms as they change. We cannot control a provider’s practices beyond what its terms commit to; if a provider we use changes them materially, we will update this policy and our sub-processor list.
6.What we never do
- We do not sell personal information, and we have not in the preceding twelve months.
- We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising outside the advertising we run on our customers’ behalf and at their direction.
- We do not use Google user data, call recordings, or call transcripts to train generalized AI models.
- We do not use the Platform’s data for credit, insurance, employment, or tenant-screening decisions.
7.Who we share information with
We share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract. Our current list is available on request at privacy@digible.ai, and we will update it before adding a new one.
We also share information: with the advertising and measurement platforms our customers direct us to operate; with the customer whose data it is; when required by law or legal process; to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
8.How long we keep it
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Account information | For the life of the account, then 90 days |
| Customer business data | For the term of the customer agreement, then 90 days |
| Call records (metadata) | 25 months |
| Caller phone numbers and transcripts | 25 months |
| Connected-account credentials | Until revoked or the account is closed, then deleted immediately |
| Advertising and analytics data | 25 months |
| Waitlist and contact submissions | 24 months |
| Security and audit logs | 12 months |
We may retain information longer where required by law or to resolve a dispute.
9.Security
We encrypt data in transit and at rest. Credentials, caller phone numbers, and call transcripts receive additional application-level encryption. Access to customer data is limited to personnel who need it, and every tenant’s data is isolated at the database level. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10.Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to access or receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of sale or targeted advertising, and to appeal a denial. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email privacy@digible.ai. We will verify your identity before responding, and will respond within the time your state’s law requires. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response; Colorado residents may also contact the Colorado Attorney General.
If your information is held by us on behalf of a property management company, we will forward your request to them.
We do not process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics, and we do not use or disclose it beyond what is necessary to provide our services.
11.Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date above. If a change is material, we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect.
